Returns

• Not feeling it? No worries! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging — basically how it arrived to you!
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Once they're gone, they're gone!

How to Kick Off a Return

• Slide into our inbox at Rugbyleaguetribe@gmail.com with your order number and what's going on.
• We'll get back to you quick smart with everything you need to know.
• Return shipping is on you unless we sent you something wrong or damaged — then it's absolutely on us.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and give it a once-over, we'll flick you an email to let you know what's happening.
• Approved refunds will land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs won't be refunded — sorry, that one's out of our hands!

Damaged or Wrong Item? That's a Penalty!

• If something's not right with your order, don't stress — contact us within 7 days of delivery at Rugbyleaguetribe@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we'll fix it faster than a dummy half service. ⚡

Exchanges

• We don't do direct exchanges at this stage — simply return your item and place a new order for what you need. Easy as!

Rugby League Tribe reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet the above conditions. Play by the rules and we'll all be sweet! 🏉
